Location & Map
You can reach Mull by large ferry from Oban, or smaller ferries from Lochaline and Kilchoan. Only the Oban ferry can be booked in advance (early booking is advisable). For ferry times and bookings, please call Caledonian MacBrayne on 01688 302017, or see the CalMac website
There is a 40 minute ferry crossing from Oban followed by a clearly signposted road journey of 10 miles to Salen. Ulva Cottage is just outside the village of Salen.
