Terms
Tariff: £550 per week,and £595 in high season, inclusive of electricity, heating oil, coal and bedlinen. (Please bring your own towels)
Also supplied is a welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits & milk, plus washing-up liquid/cloth, dishwasher powder, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, bin bags, coal, sticks and firelighters.
Ulva Cottage can accommodate up to six people (4 adults and 2 children).
Strictly no smoking. Pets limited to one well-behaved dog by arrangement.
Letting is from Saturday to Saturday. You can gain entry to the house after 4pm, and we ask that you vacate the house by 10am on your day of departure.
Short breaks may be available during autumn and winter.
A deposit of £100 per week is required to confirm a booking. The balance is required four weeks before date of arrival.
We can only return payment in the case of cancellation if the cottage is re-booked. Please take out cancellation holiday insurance.
